Bai Yao Pu maybe? The 3rd season is ongoing now. I have to go back and finish the second season but it's another decent animation out now. There was also
Shikong Zhi Xi but that might have ended?

These are my same feelings, lol. Real animated chinese shows are so rare I'm glad this exists.
